Yenni Benze-Mantwill

For over 25 years, Yenni has been a passionate consultant in international executive search as well as in strategy consultancy at Amrop, Kearney and General Electric Capital. Her experience gives her a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs and her broad network accelerates the search for the best candidates. Based in Austria and in Singapore, she serves her clients and candidates as a trusted advisor and career coach.

Yenni holds a Master in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and is an ICF certified coach. She is fluent in German, English and Vietnamese.

Karlien Kloosterboer

Karlien started her career as consultant and trainer in the Netherlands, supporting companies with their processes. Before joining YBM Partners, she worked in Austria for a major international executive search company where she managed search projects. In her current role as Senior Consultant, Karlien is responsible for managing search assignments and clients’ relationship.

Karlien holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and a post degree in Strategic Training. She is fluent in Dutch, German and English.

Julie Tolentino

Julie has a broad international recruitment and sourcing background across diverse industries, with a strong focus on technical functions. With her prior experience in search projects for international companies, she manages as a Senior Research Consultant at YBM Partners the sourcing and evaluation of candidates in search assignments. Julie holds a Bachelor’s degree in science and is fluent in English and Filipino.
