Yenni Mantwill

Yenni advises companies on the appointment of senior leaders across Europe and Southeast Asia. As an IESF partner, she supports clients with cross-border executive search and brings together international reach with deep local market knowledge.

With more than 20 years of experience in international executive search, leadership advisory and strategy consulting, Yenni has held positions with Amrop, Kearney and GE Capital. Having lived and worked across Europe and Asia, she brings a strong understanding of both regions, supported by an extensive network of senior executives and business leaders.

Karlien Kloosterboer

Karlien manages executive search assignments and key client relationships at YBM Partners. As Principal, she supports European companies with leadership recruitment, combining international expertise with leadership coaching.

Beginning her career as an organizational consultant and trainer in the Netherlands, Karlien went on to lead complex search assignments for a major global executive search firm in Austria before joining YBM Partners. Having lived and worked across Western and Central Europe, she brings a sharp perspective on leadership and talent advisory.

Julie Tolentino

Julie has a broad international recruitment and sourcing background across diverse industries, with a strong focus on senior management functions. Drawing on her experience in executive search projects for international companies, she is responsible for sourcing and evaluating candidates for international search assignments as Head of Research at YBM Partners.
